a) Information you provide directly
- Email: Your email address and message when you write to us.
- Voice assistant: What you say to North, our on-page voice assistant, is processed by ElevenLabs to generate replies. Nothing is recorded by us.
- Booking form: Name, email, and scheduling preferences when you book a discussion through our embedded Cal.com widget.
b) Information collected automatically
- Server logs: Like every website, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records basic technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure. We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers.
- AI voice interactions: If you interact with our AI voice assistant (powered by ElevenLabs), your voice input and conversation data may be processed by ElevenLabs to provide responses.
c) Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect student academic records, grades, or personal identification numbers.
- We do not collect payment or financial information through this website. All payments, if applicable, are handled directly through the school.
- We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN, or any government-issued identification.
2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Schedule and confirm discussion bookings with schools

Cal.com
Used for scheduling discussions. When you book a slot, your name and email are processed by Cal.com.
ElevenLabs
Powers the AI voice assistant on our website. Voice interactions are processed by ElevenLabs to generate responses. No voice data is stored by us.
Google Fonts
Used for loading website fonts. Google may collect basic connection data (IP address) when fonts are loaded.
Google Firebase Hosting
Hosts and delivers this website. Processes the technical request data described above (server logs).
cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr
Deliver the open-source animation libraries the page uses. Like any web request, they receive your IP address and browser type.

4 Children's Privacy
Our program serves students in Classes 8 to 12, most of whom are under 18.
- This website is intended for use by school administrators, teachers, and parents — not students directly.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from students through this website.
- All workshop activities involving students are conducted under school supervision and with school consent.
- If we become aware that a child under 18 has submitted personal data without parental/school consent, we will delete it promptly.
5 Data Storage & Security
- Booking details are stored by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, on its own secure servers.
- We do not maintain a separate database of personal information on our own servers.
- Our website is served over HTTPS to ensure data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted.
- We retain inquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and fulfill your request.
